Verify before acting

Check medication names, doses, timing, allergies, diagnoses, and instructions against pharmacy labels, after-visit summaries, and licensed professional guidance. An app entry may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

Collect less

Use initials when practical and store only what is necessary. Never store Social Security numbers, full bank or card data, passwords, PINs, security answers, CVVs, tax IDs, authentication codes, or portal credentials.

Protect the account

Use a long, unique Google password and a password manager.
Enable Google 2-Step Verification.
Lock devices and sign out of shared or public computers.
Review helper access frequently and remove access promptly.
Treat printed summaries and downloads as sensitive documents.

Share deliberately

Give each helper only the information needed for their role. Confirm the recipient before sharing. The person providing care or their lawful representative should understand and approve sharing whenever required.

Keep authoritative records

This Service is an organizer, not the official medical record, prescription, bill, insurance record, or legal document. Keep originals in the appropriate secure system.
