Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information Care Command Center processes and the choices available to users.
Information we process
We process the account identity provided through Google sign-in, care records you choose to enter, sharing preferences, tasks, medication schedules, appointments, symptom notes, provider names, document-tracking labels, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.
Information you should never enter
Do not enter Social Security numbers, full financial account or card numbers, CVVs, PINs, passwords, security answers, tax identifiers, portal credentials, authentication codes, or similarly high-risk secrets. Store only the minimum caregiver information reasonably needed.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the organizer, save records, control access, support requested exports, secure the Service, diagnose problems, comply with law, and respond to user requests. We do not sell personal or health information.
Sharing
Information is shared with people you authorize, service providers needed to operate the Service, or others when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Your exports and printed summaries can be seen by anyone who receives them.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while your account uses the Service and as reasonably needed for operation, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Authenticated users may request correction or deletion through Account & Security. Some limited records may be retained when required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Security
Access uses Google authentication through our authentication provider. We do not receive or store your Google password. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, enable 2-Step Verification, lock your devices, limit sharing, and report suspected unauthorized access.
Health privacy laws
The direct-to-consumer Service is not represented as covered by HIPAA. Different laws may apply depending on the operator’s relationships, location, features, and use. The Service should not be used by health care organizations for regulated information without appropriate legal review and written agreements.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Adults may organize care information about a minor only when legally authorized to do so.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice and will post a revised effective date. Authenticated users can submit privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests through Account & Security.
Launch requirement: Have these terms reviewed by a licensed attorney before charging users, accepting employer partnerships, or making specific regulatory or security claims.
